Today I would like to introduce a keto diet app, Carb Manager to you. You can log in after you registered.
In the "Settings", please choose the preferred units to show.
Fill in your personal information in "My profile".
You need to set your goal in "Marcos", such as how much weight you would like to lose. Choose what kind of diet you would like to go with. I choose a standard ketogenic diet which is a very low-carb, moderate-protein and high-fat diet. It typically contains 70% fat, 25% protein and only 5% carbs. This app will calculate how much carbs, protein and fat you can eat.
After set up, go to "My Daily Log", you can add foods in your breakfast, lunch and dinner. Please choose what you like to eat, and its portion, the app will calculate the nutrient details for you. You can always check how much carbs, fat, protein, and calories have been eaten and left in my daily log.
Try to plan your meal, modify your choice or portion to fit your goal.
Carb manager has its mobile app for accessible checking record.
