Last Friday, I introduced what is keto diet by making you a video, hope you enjoy. After watching, maybe you can guess why I chose the keto diet to get weight loss? Yes! It is because I like eating very much. I don't want to eat something tasteless because the cooking methods are tedious. I am a meat lover, and I don't particularly appreciate tasting sweet. Therefore, I think keto is a perfect match to my eating habit. I am happy that I can eat deliciously but can reduce weight at the same time.
Besides, I also noticed a dramatic improvement in my energy levels, every morning, once I wake up, I don't need to lie in. It is a beautiful way to lose weight; that's why I want to share with you. However, it would be best if you had some technique to follow this keto diet, but no worry, I will teach you how.
As keto is a low-carb high-fat diet, you need to know how much carbohydrates and fat you are eating every day. By doing this, you should understand how different food contains carbohydrates and fat. Therefore, learning to read the nutrition label is essential. I will explain in details by making another video for you next Friday. I am now giving you a little task to do. Can you tell me food A or food B you should eat if you follow the keto diet and why? You should be able to answer if you keep watching my blog.
